Enzi Imports is a new venture that was begun out of a very personal experience with the poor women of Africa, and the realization that the best way they can be helped, is to be empowered to provide for themselves and the children they love and care for. To have a chance to enter the "game", and participate in the great global economy. To have an opportunity for their beautiful work to be seen by many people who have the means and desire to purchase their crafts. While aid is necessary and often life-sustaining, true change for the poor in this world, is for them to have the opportunity to care and provide for their own needs. It allows them to be in control of their own destiny, to have pride in their lives, and to no longer have to rely upon the charity and goodwill which could and often does, dry up with little to no notice.

Our name is derived from a Swahili verb meaning "to empower". To empower is to equip or supply with an ability. Enzi's goal is to equip the poverty stricken with the ability to care for themselves and their children. That is the goal and purpose of Enzi ; providing an opportunity for poverty stricken women around the world to engage in global business, increasing their ability to provide for themselves and their children.Contact Info

Retail Return Policy
Enzi Imports wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, that is why you can return anything, for any reason, at any time, for a refund or exchange. Just box up the items you don't want, and include an explanation for the return, along with your packing slip or receipt, and we will issue you a refund or exchange for your original purchase amount, excluding shipping and handling. If your merchandise was damaged when it arrived, email us at whoops@enziimports.com within three days and we will refund the shipping charges as well. For Enzi products purchased through another retail store or site, you must refer to that store's return policy.Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing whoops@enziimports.com . If we have already shipped your order prior to your email, we will gladly refund you for your purchase, less shipping costs, once we receive the merchandise back.Wholesale Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our Enzi products. If there is any defect in your merchandise, or we processed your order incorrectly, or you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order, so that we can make it right. Any return that is due to a defect or our mistake, will be refunded, including shipping costs. Wholesale merchandise cannot be returned after 30 days without prior approval.
